Storm Line Replacement
Have you ever found water puddles in your yard or water in your basement? A storm line is a drainage system for your yard. Through proper installation and grading you can eliminate wet spots in your yard or water in your basement. The picture below shows some work we did in the Kenmore area.
Sewer Repair or Replacement
A backed up toilet can be the cause of much frusteration and/or damage to your home. Repairing or replacing your sewer protects your home and your sanity. Sewers may be repaired (a small section) or replaced by digging up the lawn above the damaged area and then replacing the old pipe with PVC Schedule 40 pipe. All repair and replacement work is inspected by the township where the property is located.
Waterline Repair
Receiving a huge water bill or a shutoff notice from the city you live in, can indicate a problem with your water line. The water line may be galvanized iron, lead or copper. We can replace a line either by pulling, pushing or digging a new line. As the picture below shows, a water line can often be intertwined with other utilities, such as electical and gas.
